She's entierly made out of actual clouds that taste like cotton candy if you were to pull a piece off of her (which can grow back immediately)
She's super friendly and always happy and naive and gullible and cries and gets hurt easily
She can make herself tangible (like cotton candy) and intangible (like a cloud) at will
Whenever you draw fur spikes (except for her hair bc that is kinda hard) you should draw swirls instead
